The Golden Bear Games, Northern California's premier CrossFit competition, returns on November 16th, 2024, in Elk Grove, California. This one-day partner event draws top regional athletes to compete and showcase their skills. RX division winners will earn automatic entry to the 2025 Northern California Classic.
RX Division
This division is for the competitive CrossFit Athlete.
(Quarterfinals Crossfit Athletes)
(Minimum: Top 1500 in Quarterfinals in Region)
(Minimum: Top 25% or higher in CF Open)
Minimum Movement Requirements:
Snatch 155/105
Clean & Jerk 185/125
Skills: Ring Muscle Ups, Bar Muscle Ups, Rope Climbs, Pistols, Handstand Walks, Handstand Push Ups.
Intermediate Division
This division is for the newer CrossFit Athlete or the crossfit athlete that does not have proficent higher skill Movement capabilities.
Can complete some Open Workouts & daily workouts Rx’d but not all.
Minimum Movement Requirements:
Snatch 135/85
Clean & Jerk 155/105
Skills: Chest to Bar, Toes To Bar, Modified height Rope Climbs, Modified Handstand Push Ups, Double Unders.
