My name is Alex, and I've been involved in the CrossFit Community since 2010. For the past 8 years, I've served as a coach at CrossFit 916, holding a Level 2 CrossFit Certification. Coaching brings me great joy, as it allows me to assist individuals in their journey towards self-improvement. The unwavering support and love from the CrossFit 916 community have truly touched me. My ultimate happiness is found in the gym, guiding and supporting my community to reach their full potential.
Coach Erika
Introducing Coach Erika, a seasoned veteran in the world of CrossFit, boasting an impressive track record as a 2-time CrossFit Games Athlete and 4-time Qualifier. Her prowess on the competition floor is evident, having secured 8th place finishes at the esteemed CrossFit Games in both 2015 and 2016, along with another remarkable 8th place achievement at the 2021 Legends Championship.
With a wealth of experience and a deep understanding of what it takes to excel in the sport, Coach Erika brings a level of expertise that is unmatched. Whether you're a seasoned athlete or just beginning your fitness journey, join her bright and early in the mornings at 8:45am for a transformative workout experience.

My Name is Rory Edwards I am an L2 Trainer (CF-L2). I love to be of service and help people reach their fitness goals to their maximum capacity. With a solid foundation of three years of experience in both CrossFit and Olympic weightlifting, Frankie brings a wealth of knowledge to the gym floor. Their recent qualifications for AO and U23 Nationals attest to their commitment and skill, setting the stage for an exciting journey towards competing at the national level. Coach Chelsea
Chelsea is a L2 Trainer (CF-L2) working mama to three littles with a strong passion for Crossfit and her Crossfit family, using her time at the gym as an escape from life’s craziness. Chelsea joined CrossFit a decade ago and found she wanted to take it to the next level getting her L1 in 2018. Her enthusiasm for wellness extends beyond her own workouts, as she enjoys coaching, leading CrossFit kids, and assisting others in tailoring their workouts to suit their capabilities. With nearly 20 local competitions under her belt, Chelsea remains committed to inspiring her Crossfit 916 family to embrace an active lifestyle!

Meet Kristina, a dedicated member of the CrossFit community since 2014 and a Level One Certified CrossFit Coach. With a lifelong passion for sports and fitness, Kristina has been influencing lives as a Middle and High School Physical Education Teacher since 2005.

With a background as a former NCAA D1 college soccer player, Elias brings a unique perspective to the gym floor, particularly in his passion for the cardiovascular aspects of CrossFit training.
Having honed his skills as a full-ride scholarship athlete at Sacramento State, Elias embodies the dedication and drive required to excel in fitness and coaching. Since 2021, he has been sharing his expertise and enthusiasm for CrossFit, guiding individuals towards uncovering their true potential.

Coach Naomi
Naomi found CrossFit in 2015 while stationed in Pensacola, FL, searching for the right training style. She quickly discovered her passion for helping others reach their fitness potential. In 2017, she began coaching, focusing on building strong, confident athletes.
With a USA Weightlifting Sports Performance Certification and CrossFit Level 2, Naomi emphasizes empowerment and progress. She loves seeing athletes succeed, whether it’s hitting a personal record, mastering a new skill, or simply moving better. To her, fitness is about community, growth, and celebrating every win.
When she’s not coaching (which is rare), Naomi trains for competitions as an Olympic weightlifter and fitness enthusiast. Pushing her own limits helps her connect with athletes, sharing in the dedication and resilience it takes to achieve their goals.
