Do you need Nutrition Coaching?

You may have tried “Yo-yo” diets like Keto, Paleo, Atkins, Juicing, Intermittent Fasting or others but always end up back at square one. All latter diets will show results at the start but because they are difficult to sustain for the long term, your body goes back to homeostasis. To truly maintain the best version of yourself you must make your nutrition habit a lifestyle.

Nutrition coaching is not only for people trying to lose weight or people trying to build muscle.

You may have questions like, how much should I weigh? How quickly should I lose weight?I love this bad food; what can I have instead? How do I measure serving sizes? I need help in creating a shopping list ? Why do I experience this weird symptom? These are my conditions; what should I eat? Which vitamins should I make sure to get? Where do I get those? Are my genetics important here? Can food help fight pain?

We can help you answer these questions and others you may have about nutrition. CrossFit 916 has partnered with Kiki Fikiaras to guide our members through the fitness journey which includes education them on what and how to fuel their bodies to meet their fitness goal.
