Welcome to the Golden Bear Throwdown 2020 at Cal Expo. This competition is for those who have been CrossFitting for a few years and looking for a competition in an electric, fun atmosphere. The Golden Bear Throwdown will be held during the Annual 2020 Evo Fitness Expo, which draws crowds from all disciplines (Ju-Jitsu, Weightlifting, Power Lifting, Parkour etc...). There will only be one division so the movements will be favorable yet challenging for all level athletes (no high skilled gymnastics).
Between WODs, you don't have to camp out in a hot, cold, or windy parking lot. Walk around and enjoy the Evo Fitness Expo and check out the 100+ vendors and exhibitors. The competition entry fee includes entry into the Fitness Expo ($25 value).
